  22. I don't know if it's too late to add to this but, I just bought a USR
  23. Winmodem and after some A/B comparison with my old Hayes 28.8 V.FC,
  24. I'm quite pleased. Transfer rates in Netscape are consistently higher
  25. as well as results from using the tcpspeed.exe program to measure
  26. throughput.
